Internal Rules

View the disciplinary rules and procedures to be followed

Article 1 - Uniform

Wearing the school uniform is mandatory.

Article 2 - Schedule

Monday
  • Opening: 6:15 AM
  • Closing: 7:00 AM
Tuesday to Friday
  • Opening: 6:30 AM
  • Closing: 7:30 AM
Classes begin: 7:30 AM

Late students are received during the minutes following the start of classes. They will only be allowed to enter the classroom during the second hour after completing assigned tasks.

Article 3 - Dress Code

The following are strictly prohibited:
Clothing
  • Low-rise trousers
  • Trouser leg width < 19 cm or > 21 cm
  • Trousers not covering ankles
  • Skirts with pockets or slits
  • Skirts not covering calves
  • Dirty and/or torn uniform
  • Missing school badge
  • Names not embroidered
  • False identity
  • Colored undershirt other than white under the uniform
Accessories and Hairstyles
  • Slippers, military shoes
  • Unlaced shoes
  • High shoes (> 3 cm)
  • Jewelry, hair clips, bracelets
  • Caps, hats, scarves
  • Dreadlocks, afro, braids with extensions
  • Fancy hairstyles
  • Unshaved hair (boys)
  • Long nails, nail polish
  • Makeup
Sanctions
  1. Confiscation of prohibited items
  2. Temporary exclusion of one (01) day
  3. Permanent exclusion in case of recurrence

A student may be admitted to class for one day if they authorize the administration to cut their hair or adjust their trousers on the sides.

Article 4 - Cleanliness

Refusal to sweep or littering
  1. 1st time: Exclusion from class + 2 hours of assigned tasks
  2. 2nd time: Temporary exclusion for 2 days
  3. 3rd time: Disciplinary council

Article 5 - Exam Fraud

  • Grade of 00/20 in the subject
  • Disciplinary council
  • 8 days temporary exclusion

Article 6 - Security

Fence Climbing
  • Temporary exclusion for 3 days
  • Repair of damages
  • Permanent exclusion in case of recurrence

Article 7 - Absences

Duration Sanction
6 to 11 hours Conduct warning
12 to 15 hours Conduct reprimand
16 to 19 hours Conduct reprimand + 3 days exclusion
20 to 24 hours Conduct reprimand + 5 days exclusion
25 to 29 hours Conduct reprimand + 8 days exclusion
30 hours and above Disciplinary council + permanent exclusion

Article 8 - Documents

  • Purchase of new document
  • Temporary exclusion for 3 days
  • Disciplinary council

Article 9 - Property Damage

  • 3 days exclusion
  • Repair of damage (painting, varnishing or sanding)

Article 12 - Prohibited Items

Prohibited items: mobile phones, electronic devices, cigarettes, alcoholic beverages

  • Confiscation of item
  • Temporary exclusion for 3 days
  • 8 days exclusion in case of recurrence

Article 13 - Search

  • Temporary exclusion for 5 days
  • Disciplinary council

Article 14 - Insults

  • Temporary exclusion of one (01) day

Article 15 - Transactions

Prohibited transactions: loans, usury, savings groups, object trafficking, 'taxing', pawning, gambling

Prohibited items: comic books, pornographic materials, knives, explosives

Sanctions: confiscation and temporary exclusion of 3 to 8 days after disciplinary council
